Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. WA, NT and SA can take 7 working days. Some more remote areas can take up to 2 weeks.

Standard domestic shipping is our main form of cost effective delivery to anywhere in Australia.
Any other freight requests need to be made by going to Contact Us

Depending on the size of the item we use Australia Post, TNT, and Fast Way Australia in order to reach you in a timely manner.  A signature is required by all the carriers except some sent by Australia Post (small items), upon receipt of the delivered goods.
Couriers and Australia Post will leave a card if the receiver is not at home when they call.

We ship most orders from our own warehouse in Lismore.

We prefer to send your order to an actual address not a P.O. Box however if your order weighs less than 20kg we should be able to send your order through the Australian Postal Service to a P.O. Box if you require. This shipping method does not include tracking and we are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.

International

Shipping usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on location.
We use Australia Post International and TNT Couriers for international shipments.

Important: Online orders do not include shipping insurance. If an uninsured order is damaged in transit, not delivered or delivered according to tracking details, Flower of Light maintains the right not to compensate the customer for that order nor shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated (sometimes specials will include shipping) all online orders are calculated by “weight and destination post code” via the online shopping cart calculator. Please note shipping cost does not include insurance.
